Manufacturing Engineer

The Manufacturing Engineer is responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing manufacturing processes to ensure efficient, high-quality, and cost-effective production. This role collaborates with production, quality, engineering, and supply chain teams to improve processes, support new product introductions, and drive continuous improvement.

Electrical Wiring Technician

As a Wiring Technician at RIC Power Corp., you will play a crucial role in our production operations. You will be primarily responsible for the precise wiring and electrical assembly of our medium voltage switchgear and control panels, ensuring they meet rigorous engineering specifications and quality standards.

Mechanical Assembler

The Mechanical Assembler is responsible for the physical construction and assembly of our switchgear units. This hands-on role focuses on building the structural framework, mounting major components, and ensuring all mechanical aspects of the final product meet our rigorous quality standards and precise engineering specifications.

Mechanical Designer Engineer

Role Summary: The Mechanical Designer is responsible for the detailed design and 3D modeling of switchgear and power distribution products. Working under the technical guidance of the Mechanical Engineering Lead, this role transforms high-level concepts into manufacturing-ready drawing packages. The Designer ensures all outputs are accurate, feasible, and strictly adhere to RIC Power’s design standards and Quality Management System (QMS).

Electrical Designer Engineer
